  • Camping World vs. Target (mobile)

  • Camping World vs. Create & Barrel (desktop)

  • Camping World vs. Crate & Barrel (mobile)

  • Methodology: Unmoderated user tests were conducted using Usertesting.com

  • Average Test Duration: 25 minutes

  • Participants’ Demographics:

    • Located in the US

    • Men and women, aged 30-65

  • Tasks:

    • In the past, while you have casually browsed for products on your favorite websites, are there any features that help you find these products again at a later date? [Verbal Response]

    • Tell us about a time you’ve utilized features such as 'wish list' or 'favorite lists' on one of your favorite e-commerce websites. [Verbal Response]

    • Please search for any item of interest to you, review the details of the product and save it for purchase at a later time. Please describe the experience as you go.

    • A few days have gone by and it’s the weekend. You finally have time to complete a purchase. Please go back to the items you previously saved.

    • Describe what you see on the list of saved items. Do the capabilities of the page meet your expectations, why or why not?

    • You’ve decided you are ready to add one of your products to your cart. Please describe this experience as you go.
